This cool yoga class starts at 4:30 pm on the lovely greenspace of Birdie's Barroom and Kitchen in downtown Raleigh. We will build heat by moving and by slowing down. For the last part of class, make sure you have appropriate layers so you'll feel comfortable when we really slow things down! The cost is $10 per class.

This mixed flow class from 11:45-12:30 allows for a quick but refreshing midday break! Elements of centering, meditation, balance, and muscle strengthening and lengthening are all included.
The class is held in the PNC Plaza building (18th floor) in downtown Raleigh. The cost is $8 per class.

For the early birds, join me at 5:30 am at Kerr Family YMCA in Raleigh for a slow vinyasa flow class incorporating poses for strength and balance. The class begins and ends with time for centering and meditation. Contact the YMCA for price details.
Yoga flow from 11-11:45am at Hi-Wire Brewing in Durham (800 Taylor Street). This class is for all levels. Please bring your own mat. Blocks and straps are available for use as needed in class. The cost is $10 per class and includes a token for a flagship beer! 10% of the class proceeds will be donated to Hi-Wire Brewing's Hurricane Relief Fund.

With private yoga sessions I build classes according to an individual or small group's specific needs. I monitor progression and provide adjustments as needed. Bring a buddy with you to this session!
